POPULAR DRINK
The cappuccino comes with that simple yet beautiful crema artistry on top, not to mention it's made from freshly ground espresso each and every time you order it!
UNIQUE DRINK
In addition to the regular coffee and espresso drinks, you can also order hot cider and granitas, depending on your hot/cold drink preference.
FOOD
For sustenance, most of the usual suspects are here: muffins, scones, and brownies, but if you can handle it, order up one of the gluttonous homemade peanut butter cups-Reese's will never make the grade after you've devoured such pb-and-chocolate decadence.
SEATING
It's like most coffee shops its size with the available seating if you get there early enough. But get a load of those cute yellow formica tables!
AMBIENCE/CLIENTELE
Not to be confused with the more rustic, neighborhoody Jack's (a mere stone's throw away), Joe's emphasizes what it says right there in the name: "The Art of Coffee." With beans ground to order and an impressive Marzocco espresso machine, Joe's allows little room for Java error, so you know you're getting a carefully perfected, and visually-pleasing coffee that's not just any old cup o' joe. The inviting benches outside coupled with artwork and t-shirts hung on the inside wall, make Joe's perfect for your morning caffeine needs. And, if you can fit your laptop on one of the itsy-bitsy circular tables, you could easily type away the wired afternoon.
Extras/Notes
Joe has a recycling and compost program in place at some of its outposts, and addition to helping the environment, you can also help your health by joining "Team Joe," a laidback running club that departs from the Waverly Pl. Joe every Saturday.
